The terms that apply to every purchase made on zarevico.com.
General
These terms apply to all orders placed on zarevico.com. By completing an order you accept them. Zarevico sells original, limited edition art prints directly to consumers worldwide.
Prices and payment
- All prices are shown in USD and include VAT where applicable.
- Payment is made by card or PayPal through our payment provider.
- Card details are handled exclusively by the payment provider and never stored on our servers.
- An order is binding once you receive the order confirmation email.
Delivery
- Fulfilment takes 1-4 business days, plus shipping time depending on destination.
- Shipping is free worldwide. Customs duties outside the EU, US, Australia and Norway are at the customer’s expense.
- We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs or incorrect address details supplied at checkout.
Right of withdrawal
- You have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase.
- Use the Withdrawal request form or email us to register the withdrawal.
- The artwork must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal in unchanged condition, well protected.
- Return shipping and customs costs are paid by the customer. Custom orders and gift cards are excluded.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of the returned artwork being received and inspected.
Limited editions
Each artwork is released in a numbered, limited edition. Small and X-Large sizes are editions of 100, Medium and Large are editions of 250. Sold-out editions are never reprinted.
Intellectual property
All artworks, photographs and texts on this website are the property of Zarevico and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
Privacy policy
- We collect only the data needed to process your order: name, email, phone, shipping address and order contents.
- Data is used for order handling, delivery, support and — with your consent — our newsletter.
- We never sell your data. It is shared only with the carrier and payment provider handling your order.
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing bussines@zarevico.com.
- Order records are kept as long as required by bookkeeping legislation.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to remember the contents of your cart. No advertising cookies are set without your consent.
Complaints and disputes
Complaints are handled by email at bussines@zarevico.com. If we cannot agree, the dispute is settled under the consumer legislation applicable in the seller’s country.
