Everything collectors ask us most often.
How long does the shipping take?
EU 2-5 business days · US 2-5 business days · Australia 6-9 business days · Norway 3-6 business days · Rest of the world 5-12 business days.
We cover tax and duties for the EU, US, Australia and Norway. For the rest of the world, sales tax and customs duty may apply at the customer’s own expense.
No delivery to P.O. Boxes. We ship with UPS, DPD and FedEx, always with tracking.
Are frames included when I buy the prints?
No — art prints and frames are sold separately. When a frame is added to the same order, your artwork arrives professionally framed and ready to hang.
How do I contact you?
Email bussines@zarevico.com with any question. We answer Monday to Friday within 24 hours. You can also use the contact form.
Where can I buy the gold frames from your photos?
Those are handmade “baroque frames”. We recommend visiting a local frame shop, or searching for “baroque frame” plus your print size to find something similar in your country.
How are the artworks shipped?
Prints only are rolled and shipped in a thick protective cardboard tube. Add a frame and the artwork arrives framed and ready to hang right out of the box.
How can I track my order?
You receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Check your junk folder if you can’t find it, or use the Track your order page.
Are the artworks signed?
Yes. Every artwork carries an original stamp of the Zarevico signature and the year it was printed, and a certificate of authenticity is included.
Can I cancel my order?
Contact us at bussines@zarevico.com immediately. We can’t guarantee there is time to stop it, as our packing department ships quickly. If a confirmed order is cancelled, a handling fee of €30 is deducted.
How do I return my order?
Register your return via bussines@zarevico.com. You then receive an email with instructions and address details. Postage and shipping costs are your responsibility and the return package must be well protected.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days to change your mind from the day you receive the product, and the item must be returned within 14 days of the cancellation in its original condition. Refunds are issued within 14 days. We do not accept returns on custom orders.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation
It’s possible the email address was mistyped. Get in touch at bussines@zarevico.com and we will check whether an order exists in your name, fix the address on file and resend the confirmation.
What sizes do you offer?
SMALL 12"x16" / 30x40cm · MEDIUM 20"x28" / 50x70cm · LARGE 28"x39" / 70x100cm · X-LARGE 39"x55" / 100x140cm.
Small and X-Large are editions of 100; Medium and Large are editions of 250. When an edition sells out it is gone forever.
